Hi, I need some help. After installing windows 10 on my 925 it wont recognize my sim card. Lost all my contacts and I can't sign into my Microsoft account. Cant send and receive emails. I have tried a soft and hard reset with no luck, so I decided to user the recovery tool and got the whole way through the 1.7gfb download to be hit with a screen saying phone not recognized
So now have a useless phone and I'm hoping there is someone out there that can help. Also, is there anyway of reinstalling windows 10?.
