    Did they release a build for slow ring and if not will they do?

    Yes, they will. The slow ring will get refined versions of the builds the fast rings tests out, so there will be lots of revisions. However, even the fast ring will be waiting around for its updates, and even at the very quickest rate it will be a rare week in which we get more than one update (and probably only then if there's some disastrous bug that kills the system). I expect there'll be times when a whole month could go by without updates. They're not going to supply us with updates with any regularity, just when they need us to try them. Fast ring is currently on 10.0.12534.56.

    I'm not sure what build number the slow ring is on, but I believe it's had at least one revision since the first release.

    I think so too, but as soon as Microsoft release something on the slow ring, I would immediately switch to it from fast ring.
