Lumia 1320 WP 10 TP: Should I do a hard reset?

Hey guys, I have an Lumia 1320 with WP 10 TP installed on it, and I have seen a lot of threads saying that you should do a hard reset after installing it, but I have seen some cases in which the phone got bricked. So, should I do it or not? I wanna fix the lags and problems, but I am scared that I will brick my phone.

I'm not sure that would make much of a difference. W10 for phones in its current state on my 1320 is pretty buggy. I've performed 3 hard resets on mine while having the technical preview installed, and the results are always the same. Recently I went back to 8.1 on it. Just my experiences with it.
