Is it possible to create separate tiles for different email accounts on Windows 10 Mobile

There is...select Hamburger menu>Accounts then long press on the account you want and an option to pin will appear

I had tried that first but thought it wasn't working. Turns out my big fat thumb was blocking me from seeing the submenu that popped up after the long press.....
