Mobile Desktop not working after Update to WP10

Nokia 640 Dual
After the Update to WP10 (which took more than an hour but without any failure) the phone is working but there is no desktop no tiles....
Only one word laden... (loading)
It is possible to make a call to the phone but you can't use it.
Any ideas ore just going back to the 8.1 System?

That's a common bug in the latest build, a factory restore (hard rest) usually fixes it, if not, post back and we'll help you try and get it goin.
