Hi there,

has anyone else encountered this problem? On my SP3 I sometimes cannot open the Action Center, even when right-clicking the notification icon (next to the datetime indicator) and select "open Action Center". Often this works again after a reboot, but I had some instances where even that didn't help. Checking the Task Manager I don't find anything weird, do you happen to have a workaround for this situation?

Cheers,
Robert

Just found this on the known issues:

"◾In some cases, flyouts from the Taskbar (including Start, Cortana, Network, Battery, and Action Center) fail to fly out. This is a transient issue, and after retrying a few times it will succeed. We are also working to service this issue with an update."

That actually works, Just run your thumb or finger in and out of the screen a few times and it pops out.

First time I've seen the action center in days!!! :P

There was an issue raised in Windows Insider about this & related things such as the system tray not reacting to clicks... I found that fix also solved this issue & the problem of swipe from the right not working...

eg end the System Settings Broker process from Task Manager...
