Adding another Gmail account

Ok, this may be a dumb question, but...
I've got a L928 and I have Win10 TP on it. This may be a dumb question, but I've got 2 gmail accounts on it already and I want to add a 3rd. I can't seem to add it. I followed the same process to install the other two accounts. When I try through outlook Mail, Settings,Accounts and try and Add account, it just takes me back to the outlook main screen.
When I try through Settings, Accounts, Work School, Workplace, it doesn't connect to the WiFi even though I know it is correct.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I ran into that before the last Mail update. I found that I had to kill the app to be able to add the other account. Even switching inboxes I had to kill the app first. Haven't seen that for awhile, though.

I tried powering off the phone and restarting. Same issue. At this point, if I can't resolve this, I may rollback to 8.1
