install additional language in 10136 build?

I am wondering if anybody successfully installed additional languages in the 10136 Build.

The reason I am asking is that if I do a hard reset, I need to install additional languages again. In the previous build, it just shows "download required", then does nothing. I know yesterday they posted some instructions about how to install languages, which I already tried a few weeks ago to no avail; I did tried it again yesterday, still to no avail.

If new languages cannot be installed, I will not do the hard reset.

I have the exact same problem. Cannot install any additional language and/or keyboard. It says: Preparing download and then immediately it says: Attention required.

When you get attention required, turn the device to landscape mode, you'll see a dialog box, click retry, then go to settings/update and see the OTA update downloading/preparing.

Issue is that installation fails with a 0x80070003 error on my 535 :/
