Windows 10 - Camera does not save vid or pics to SD Card

I have a Lumia 1520 with 10136 build of Windows 10 Mobile, and the camera app does not save anything to the SD Card, even though the storage settings are set to save to SD Card. It was the same on 10080 build as well.

Already did the hard reset, formatted the card, etc. Anyone else experienced the problem and know how to fix it?

Well,
the problem is the same on my L520. After 3 hard resets it did not record to SD card. It goes to phone memory. Also installing apps to SD card leads to serious problems.

Videos and Photos are storing to my SD card on my L1520 without any issues.

What build of Windows 10 do you have?
