Hi,

Is it only me having such ugly UI or is the same for everyone?
Things look bigger in Settings, Action Center icons are bigger, checkboxes have bolded corners and so is with texts navigators in All Apps.
I liked build 10080 UI.

This is my 1020. I HAVE other issues, but at least less than 10080.

I find interesting how I have this \SYSTEM (That opens the "phone") and how "Alarms & Clock" looks better for me.

Now, I had several problems installing this one. In the end I downgraded it to 8.1, and with that clean install I upgraded it. I have no idea what symbol next to the clock means in the last capture.

You're not alone. I liked the UI scaling better in 10080 too, along with the extra row of tiles I had on my M8.

Would be nice if they had an option to customize UI scaling. I can clearly see the benefits of having smaller UI scaling so you can fit more on the screen, but I guess some folks may not appreciate that by default.

The audio quality for notifications and phone calls is horrible on my 1020 if at high volume. Very crackly. Naturally, if I lower the volume to the point that the notification and phone call audio isn't crackling, they're both relatively useless at that point. This is just plain phone audio. Not bluetooth/headset audio.

Music sounds just as fine as it always has on 8.1, so it's not a general audio issue. So, in the case of the notification sounds (that seem universal with Windows 10 across devices), I feel like that's got to be something about the audio files being used. Not sure why the audio quality in phone calls is so bad (imo, it was never great on a 1020 to begin with). It almost feels like I'm on an underpowered desktop PC that uses integrated sound while its CPU usage is at max, in terms of how the audio quality of notifications and voice calls seems to operate in a similar poor fashion. No idea if that's what the cause is-just prognosticating.

Also, I had to switch out the phone app for the new phone app. The old one didn't do a thing on 10136.

Yeah, UI scaling should be optional if they are going to keep it big like this. I liked the small UI everywhere in 10080.
Calling and texting is all fine.
Some tile background scaling problem. It won't scale properly if you have more tiles on you start screen.
One more problem is that light sensor doesn't work properly for me. Sometimes it doesn't change the screen brightness in sunlight and it remains dark.
Also changing brightness level to Low, Med and High. Med has lower brightness that Low for me.
I mean it is like Med, Low, High while it should be Low, Med and High.
And yes it is better in some other points than 10080.
Hope they fix these in next build.
