Family Safety Mode Always On? Windows 10 Tech Preview 10130

When I try to go to some websites, it blocks me from going to them. It also happens with some YouTube videos as well. I've looked into the Microsoft Family Safety stuff online and I'm not hooked into any of that. Has anyone else had this problem? Is their a way I can disable this feature? Thanks!

I have the exact same problem, no matter what I try I can't turn it off for some reason.
