How do I move from Slow Ring to Fast Ring on Phone

I see info all over for moving between rings on PC, but cannot find it for phone.

I have a Lumia 920 on which I installed 10136 earlier this week. I think I must be stuck on slow ring as I cannot get 10149.

Can anyone tell me how to move between rings for phone?

You are forever doomed to stay with your choice!!! Kidding..

Open the windows insider app. select the ring you want and follow the onscreen instructions. Check for updates via settings afterwards and if there is an update available it will start the download..

Keep in mind not everyone can make the jump to the new build (MS is working on a solution), but you can, use the windows phone recover tool (google/bing it) and downgrade to 8.1 then upgrade to 10149

I thought that was the path, but Windows Insider refused to install, so I thought there must be another way.

Windows insider did finally install, this was probably just some beta weirdness.

I appreciate the help.
