Notifications: Where are the settings for the Outlook App?

Notifications: Outlook App

This is for build 10149. I cannot find a setting under notifications for the email app (outlook).
Is anybody else having this issue? Am I missing something?
I have notification settings for phone, messaging, etc., but nothing listed for outlook.
I'm using the preview on my HTC One M8.
