Reset from factory and i have nothing after it

So i instaled the lastest wp10 build and then i did a factory reset.Suprise..After all the instaling and **** finished and phone opened i only have 2 ,3 microsoft apps instaled but no settings ,phone ,messaging and all the important features are missing..WTF?

So did you go back to WP8.1 or just did a factory reset of the phone?

If you just did a factory reset then it's not surprise that things can go wrong. You're using a technical preview. There are issues with these things. So no surprises here.

Roll back to WP8.1.

I did a factory reset from wp 10 build 10149 cuz i though it gonna fix some issues that i had ..but instead i cant even text or call,not even settings menu appears.Imma gonna roll back to 8,1 and try again!
