Okay, so whenever I tried to downgrade from Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview Build 10146 to Windows Phone 8.1, whenever it got to the end the process it said operation failed, so okay I thought maybe it was just a bad install, so I try another two times it doesn't work, then another two, but these two times it fails right at the beginning so now when I boot I just get the red Nokia Boot Screen, I think it's a bad software download so I just awhile ago cleared the software and am now currently redownloading it, but if you can please help.
