Will the LG G4 be re-released as a W10 Phone?

I feel like this would make so much sense. They created a great phone and putting it out with the latest OS (rather than 8.1) makes it even more attractive. Maybe I'm just an optimist, but I'm hoping.

I tend to think they're following Microsoft's lead. Release inexpensive device with 8.1 and wait for W10 to release the Flagship. Maybe I'm just being overly optimistic. I'm also hoping MS has worked out a deal with Samsung to bring out a S6/Edge W10 device, but I think that's more of a pipe dream than the LG.

I would buy a G4 Windows Mobile device. I have a G4 as a work phone, love it. Wouldn't cost that much more because the hardware will support it.

I have a LG G3 here (ICON/929 is my primary phone)....Very nice phone... LG G4 vs. 950XL....Hmmmm.... Oh, wait, now it comes down to what phone comes to Verizon...

Now, if the LG G4wp came out with the same feature set as the 950XL, then I would chose it over the 950XL...

They say that Sex sells, and the G4 has a lot of that for sure...

I'm 99.99% sure it's not happening. There are many reasons why I believe so. LG never cared that much about MS and Windows (phone), and G4 is an 'old' phone, it's more likely that they'll release their next flagship with W10.

According to Mr Macphisto, one of our Verizon insiders on these boards, Verizon will be getting a windows 10 G4... I haven't heard him say that this has been cancelled so I am still hopeful.

I would write that one off as a rumor for right now....What are we, a few weeks away anyway ? All (most) will be known by then...

Not seeing this happening, but would love to see that, even if I won't purchase it... LG is my second favorite hardware manufacturer and some of their phones would be awesome if they had W10M on board.
