How to scan QR codes in windows 10 for phone?

How can i scan QR codes without having to install an app? On WP8.1 there was a option to select "lenses" in the camera app, but that seems to be gone in WP10.

Another question, do you know of any other languages, other than English US, for which Cortana is available? I can't seem to download the "speech" package for English US, and can't use Cortana. I'm on build 10166.
