Answer to question 1 .. 5: Because Win 10 mobile is still under construction.

I just switched my insider to fast mode... My some problem solved.
But some start tile disappearing....

1. Probably a bug, I'm not getting it on my 1020
2. Have you tried going through OneDrive? Make sure Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote Preview apps are installed from the Store and you can access stuff from there too.
3. Once again it's probably a bug, but personally for the first few weeks performance usually evens out after a while so wait it out, I'm using it on my 1020 with little hangs.
4. Read the above.
5. Make sure your region and language are set to US/United States. After that, Cortana should appear.
