What if windows 10 mobile and it's continuum included watch like form factors?

What if a smartwatch or pocket watch could be made with snapdragon 618 or similar chip.. With cellular capabilities and be able to cast on any phone,tv or tablet display(the displays being sold as accessories) and scale to each via continuum???(btw a lot of watches with snap 400 are already there). This would be just the opposite of how smartwatches work currently!! For battery make the wristband an accessory with battery ( already possible on apple watch ).

Lets get Win10 mobile working before looking for a watch. BTW, everyone I talk to that has the first generation iWatch is very unhappy.

Apple watch is an unfinished and rushed product.. That is the reason for it's unsatisfactory reception. On the other hand some android wear are very well received.. And the gear S and lg g watch urbane can be used standalone for voice calls!!!. So the tech is quite near.. It could be huge if done properly.. Ms has no presence there except for its band.. About windows 10 mobile, I'm very optimistic after build 10149.. Especially Edge has been gaining a lot of traction.
