No. Mobile Flash hasn't even been supported by Adobe in years. The website developers need to update to HTML5.

Note that the reason sites use flash is to enforce DRM. The new Edge browser now not only supports html5 video playback but also integrates DRM. Netflix player is moving to using that. Hopefully other websites will too.

Not really considering the entire mobile industry has pretty much washed its hands of flash in favor of HTML5, although there's some hacky ways on Android and Blackberry.
