Lumia 730 not responding after W10M technical preview update

Today I updated my Lumia 730 through Windows Insider. After it is updated, it didn't reboot. I left it like this for 20 minutes and nothing happened. Now I think it is bricked. Should I wait for some more time or rollback it through Windows Phone Recovery Tool?

Did you try soft reset? Press Power + Volume Down Key together until your phone vibrates and Nokia logo is shown. Also, note that boot process in Technical Preview takes few seconds longer than windows phone 8.1. So be patient and it will boot up.
