app to read or edit .txt files?

I have a couple .txt files i loaded into my documents folder but have no apps to open them. I thought the Word preview would do it but didn't. Is there a simple app to use on Win10 for this?

I just used Text Reader - Version 2.2.6 on the Windows 10 mobile beta version and it worked fine. Definitely nothing fancy, but was able to open a file from OneDrive and cut and paste contents out to use elsewhere.
