Notification tone

I have problem finding the settings in the Windows 10 Mobile for the message tones. There are the settings for the call tone, but I cannot find the ones for messages. I know they are in the WP 8.1, but cannot seem to find them here.

Start Menu, Settings, System, Notifications & actions, Scroll down and tap Messaging, at the bottom of the screen you can change the tone.

How do you set message tone for other apps such as Facebook Messenger app? I wanted to use another tone for this app but in the Notifications & actions setting only 3 are listed: Facebook, Messaging, and Windows Feedback.

Strange behaviour but, you'll have to receive at least a notification from these apps to see them in the Notification et Actions settings.

Yup. I wish I could post a screenshot but since Tapatalk doesn't seem to work well on the latest build (can't pick a photo), you'll have to trust my words

Yeah it does look like it. Alarms is now included in the list when it ran and notified me.
