Can't convert local account to Microsoft account

Hey everyone,

I'm on build 10166 of the Insider Preview on my laptop. I converted my Microsoft account to a local account (because I was troubleshooting some stuff). But now when I try to convert my local account back to a Microsoft account, my Microsoft account is added to the PC as an extra user account, instead of converting the local account to my Microsoft account. So I end up with 2 accounts on the computer (a local one with all my settings/apps/programs and a Microsoft one without my stuff).

Can I fix this? I'd really like to be able to convert the local account to my Microsoft account, because the local account has all my apps/programs etc...
