Can't view Target mobile site

Using Lumia Icon on Verizon and latest build. I noticed going to m.target.com will results in spinning wheel. When I changed my Edge browser to Desktop mode, it will go to the site but freeze/not responding. UC Browser has same issue.

This issue existed on IE on WP 8.1 and I was hoping Edge will fix it... anyone has similar issue?

Edge on WM10 endlessly spins. 8.1 redirects to the full site for me.
