Hard Reset on Build 10116 -

have a couple of few issues with the current build

1. Dont get SMS notifications
2. Outook simply refuses to work
3. Store does not seem to function properly either

Was wondering is it ok to do a hard reset on this build. Have already bricked my phone once while going from the previous build to this .. Hard to go back to 8.1 ( its too long a process to reset and get all the apps back)

Have tried soft reset, deleting and setting up emails again but still outlook is dead. Have a smartphone which i use only for calls .. how dumb is that :amaze:

Let me know if any 920 users have hard reset the phone without any issues

I deleted all accounts after yesterday's update and add again, not everything works just fine, syncing, sending, everything...

3. Store does not seem to function properly either

It is indeed a little bit slow and buggy from time to time but hard reset will not help you a lot when it comes to store I'm afraid...

I dont have a problem with the slow loading of store, just that I am unable to syn my accounts in outlook. Once added can not modify or delete them .. so ended up with 3 copies of the same email account and all of them are non functional!!
