windows 10 clearing the App store Cache

Can someone please help.Im want to clear the App store cache as I'm having problems with the app store.I read to press the windows key+r then run program to clear it.What key is the windows key on Lumia 640 xl.Sorry for a dumb question.Thanks for any help.

There is no windows key on the phone. I have had problems with store also. Try this, do a soft reset, pull the battery out and put back in. Its better than a reboot. I soft reset after installing updated apps, it seems to help. The phone can seem to be unstable after a lot of app updates. Good luck.
