Why windows store is not opening or its crashing after the store logo?

I'm observing this problem recently. I'm using Lumia 520, and "windows phone 10 build 10166". The store opens and closes very soon after the logo appear. What should I do?

I have the same problem. running windows 10 on pc and phone (lumia 735). Store app keeps crashing on pc. Anyone any solutions?

maybe this will help. Found a solution for this. Was not able to open store on build 10240. Go to C:>users>user_name>AppData>Local>Packages>Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe>Local cache. Delete all the files and folders in there, problem solved.

Try installing a new language pack or keyboard. This is because the way a language pack is installed is similar to how an update is installed - it involves migrating your apps from a system partition. Sometimes (like with the last update), the migration process forgets to migrate everything over and apps crash and don't work. Go to settings > language > keyboard and add one in that requires a download. Then go to phone update and install it (called additional language support). Just let it install and leave the phone plugged in for 1-2 hours. If you have Glance enabled, the glance screen should be showing before you start using it.

Try the following steps
Check Date and Time. Need to turn off auto set time
Start IE > Internet Option > Advanced > Scroll down to Security > Click to turn on the option “Use TLS 1.0” (1.1, 1.2)
Go to C > users > user_name > AppData > Local > Packages > Microsoft WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe > Local Cache – Delete all the files and folders
Create a new account.
