Why does my Windows phone keep restarting during installation of Windows 10?

Windows phone keeps restarting during installation of windows 10

Last night I chose to update my 720 Lumia to Windows 10.

Download was successful but during installation it keeps on repeating for last 5 hours now. It goes like this "NOKIA-Spinning Wheels for 2-3 mins-Restart-NOKIA" again.

Hard reset too wont working. Phone keeps restarting.
What can be done here now? Can somebody help me here please !

Try a hard-reset or restore and reload again

i have same problem on my lumia 720. second problem that my volume down key not working so i cant reset. the good thing its not my main phone
