    Normally, I just use Fantasia painter free since the majority of the stuff that do with pics are simple (rotate, flip, crop) but it seems (with this build?) nothing will open any of my images. Is anyone else having issue like this?

    edit: YES I have done a clean install and I have tried the adobe express app.
