Could Wikipedia be right?

Yeah I had build v10240 for a while and I could charge my phone while off, now it has been removed on the latest one, strange!

There is no "according to Wikipedia" because Wikipedia, by its own definition, is not a source. Follow the links it provides - and note that not everything mentioned here has one. (You can always add the missing links to the external sources yourself, of course.)
