Windows mobile 10 build 10512 download stuck at 0, is this normal?

Windows mobile 10 build 10512 download stuck at 0%

I downloaded build 10166, reinstalled windows insider after a hard reset, and signed up for fast ring,
the download is stuck at 0% and I have a 10 mbps connection,
is it normal.? please help

It's normal for the bar to stay at 0% for 10 minutes or so. Leave it, stare at it, shake your fist at it. It'll start moving eventually...
