The is no way all of this will happen. I do agree with some of them, strange why there is no contacts link on the dial keypad, but there is on the other pages in the phone hub.

Some of the things you ask are not even linked to W10M. (phone's designs, fb/messenger apps etc), not trying to be rude but I don't think half of these are coming anytime soon. Especially Interactive tiles.

The whole subject is a wish. He didn't say they will happen. Although u have to give him credit, if all these features where there, the OS would almost feel complete.......

The front facing LCD screen flash forselfies is a genius idea for apple on the iPhone 6s should be implemented.
Also a notification LED instead of the repetitive alarm u mentioned .
Better RAM management as my Lumia 1520 works worse than my 635 with certain apps while having a huge RAM gap.
Fast charging support.
Easier ringtone support instead of the scenic route to add a new ringtone.

Yeah sorry, I didn't mean to be rude, but my message felt like it.

I trully wish a lot of these things were implemented. But it'll take a lot of updates (== years, I think) to see the majority of these impleted in our devices.

From the rumours, the new devices (950/950XL) will support it. So that's already something

better voice recorder , which can take advantage of high ends multiples mics like the 820-920-930--1020-1520 with recording profiles

camera would choose like do in handycams what profile to use for better memory storage of videos management this is specially important in phones like the 920 which haS NOT EXPANDIBLE memory so can choose if record videos at 9mbps bitrate or 4 mbps bitrate or the full profile. which is near not possible upload the video on youtube by the size of it. would be good and useful when record concerts by example or events of long duration.

also the flash options on camera like red eye reduction , fill in flash, also in models which can not add dynamic flash or dynamic HDR also

better backup system which can choose on the restore what i want to restore and what do not want to restore

better battery saver capabilities too,
