Issue in Rollback from windows 10 mobile build 10536 to windows phone 8.1

Hi,
I updated my LUMIA 535 to windows 10 build 10536. now i tried to roll back to windows phone 8.1 but i have got struck in the "Reading Phone Information" page in Windows Phone Recovery Tool.
I have waited for about 1 hour but still it is stuck in the Reading Phone Information page. How can i overcome this issue. Is there any remedy to solve this issue and rollback to windows phone 8.1.
Please give me the solution.

Restart PC and phone, change USB port, if nothing helps choose my phone isn't recognized and use key trick to get it recognized...

I have restarted my phone. My phone is detecting. It is showing LUMIA 535. After clicking it the next page "Reading phone information" is stuck there. So, can you help with any other solution.
