Start screen loading bug

I jumped on this latest update when I saw this was on the fix list. Unfortunately it was not fixed for me. Still there just as before on my 920. This morning I decided to switch to my 640. Same thing. It's actually a little worse on my 640. It takes a lot longer for me to finally get the screen up.

Anyone else still having issues with this?

I had the issue for a few hours after the update and resolved it after a hard reset on my 920; few seconds to show time, 30 seconds of Loading. All fixed now. By far the best rendition of W10 Mobile performance wise for me. I chose fresh hard reset, didn't restore a backup.

It did not fix completely but got some improvements. If I let the device idle for hours, I will get long "Loading" problem when waking up the device. If the device just sleep for a short while, the home screen shows up quickly

On both the 920 and 640 it will always do it if I restart the phone. On the 920 it will do it if I slide the lockscreen up before the time and date display.
