Windows Phone 10 : Keyboard missing

Hi guys,
I was wondering what's happening with WP as I tried 4 times, all different builds, and it still won't show a keyboard! It just won't pop-up in messages, IE, search - nowhere.
When I try to install it manually in system settings, it says "You've already added all available keyboards" and I'm stuck.
Also, it restarts automatically by itself every 15-20 mins after boot.
Just to mention that I tried both "fast" and "slow" options in Windows Insider. There's no difference.
My device is Lumia 535 Dual-Sim.
The latest build I installed is 10.0.536.1000.

Have you tried to make hard reset and give it a fresh start after update?

I'm doing it right now, thanks. Will let you know what happens when I get back in.

Now I got a different issue. There's screen which says "Almost done... You're just about done setting up your phone. Next, we'll walk you through setting up your phone activation."
There's a next button below, but when I click on it - nothing happens. Also, I can see back, windows logo and search buttons, but can't tap on them. I tried to restart the phone, but it didn't solve the problem.
Any suggestions?

Sorry for double post, but everything went fine. I just waited for 20 minutes and start screen showed up. Everything works smoothly. Thanks once again.

I have the same problem but still i didnt get keyboard even after hard reset xD
