I got this from WindowsBlogItalia, here's their instructions:
Go to Settings > System > Display > Change size of text, apps to minimum (from 300% recommended to 225% on my phone), restart, enjoy.
Your phone must have an HD display for this to work!

That looks pretty cool. I read you could change the DPI now. With a large screen like on the 1520 this probably looks quite nice. Might be a little small on a 5" screen?

Really brings some apps to life though!

I've been wanting a 1520 to test Widows 10 Mobile on a bigger screen

yeah, stumbled upon this yesterday on email by pure chance, was amazed

then started trying it on different apps.

pretty neat.
