How to get digital signature mail working?

I am working on Lumia 640 XL installed with 10572, this OS build is nice.
I have downloaded certificates for Personal + Intermediate + Root from internal CA and S/MIME mails reading and sending are ok.
The issue is not able to send/read digital signature mail. When signing with digital signature, it prompts that ?Your organization requires you to use a hardware-based certificate for S/MIME email.? When opening digital signature mail, there is no content/ body.
I am using the same certificates with WP8.1 and digital signature has no issue.
Anything I missed out? Please help. Thanks.

Although the reading of SMIME signed emails has been fixed, in 10.0.10586.36 you still get the "Your organisation requires you to use a hardware-based certificate for S/MIME" message - and Email security settings are only available for one of my email accounts
