Messaging app not switching between SMS/Skype, has anyone else had this issue?

Messaging App Not Switching Between SMS/Skype

After installing 10581 on my AT&T branded 830, the messaging app will no longer switch between SMS and Skype in the upper right-hand corner where you toggle between the two. Anyone else have this issue?

Aaaaaand now it's working. No rhyme or reason.
