How to uninstall WP8.1' settings from Windows 10 Mobile?

So, I rolled back to 8.1 a few days ago and now I updated again to W10M, and now the new Storage Sense app only shows SD card for me, and can't access to phone memory and I can't uninstall Extras & Info, Touch, Network+, Call+SMS filter etc., but in previous build with the old app I successfully uninstalled all, because that "Extras" menu is looks ugly in Settings app and I want to remove it. Please help me! Using the latest 10581 build.

As far as I know you could never uninstall a settings app. You'd have to downgrade back to 8.1 and then upgrade again or try a hard reset first. Then check for app updates in the store.
