Lumia 920 System apps not updating

I updated my Lumia 920 (ATT) to Windows 10 Mobile (10581), to get familiar with WM10 for when the 950 is released here in the US!
Clean install.

It had no trouble installing and updating most apps. However, the 'system' apps, i.e., those in the settings you find under Extras, or device specific, will not update.
Attached is a screenshot, showing which apps do not update.
The error code I get for the download trouble is 0x0x803F7000, which is no help when searching the internet!

I am guessing this is because I am on the ATT version, and so I do not have the denim update? Can anybody confirm this, or know how to fix the issue?

My 1520 with denim and on at&t had the same issue. I could not update glance screen as well as one other.

What I had to do was fresh install, no restore from a backup. I then updated the phone with all updates possible while in windows 8.1 mobile.

I then installed the windows insider app and checked for app updates again.

Then, finally updated to 10581. I did have a few of the system apps pop up again after upgrade and I thought I would have the same problems, but they installed properly.

I don't remember denim being a prerequisite for the upgrade, but it may be so.
