Build 10586 Questions

Hey guys I was wanting to put Windows 10 Mobile Insider Build 10586 onto my daily driver (a Nokia Lumia 830) as I was holding out until the "RTM" build. I've been running Windows 10 Mobile on a Lumia 520 and have been very pleased with it in the last few builds and I'm thinking this is a great place to get my daily driver involved. However, I've already decided that when I put Windows 10 Mobile on my Lumia 830 I'm going to wipe my phone and start fresh, and I heard about the reboot loop bug when you do a hard reset.
Does that only apply when you're going from one Insider Build to Build 10586?
Can I jump from Windows Phone 8.1 directly to Build 10586 and hard reset?
I'd love some advice here, thanks in advance.

You wont experience that bug going from 8.1 to the new W10 build. That only applied to those that did a hard reset on the older build. I also have this on my L830 and other than messaging crashing a lot, I haven't had many problems.

If you have 8.1 on your 830 at present, Windows insider will get you to 10586 directly if you update now.

The reboot loop bug was only for those who had 10581 and did a hard reset. 8.1 to 10586 should be fine.

I knew that, I just wanted to make sure I would be able to hard reset without any issues.
