Battery use page shows no stats

When I open the battery use page of the battery saver, it doesn't seem to have collected any data. This used to work and I'm not sure if it ever worked since I installed the latest build (10586.11) on my Lumia 925. Anyone else getting usage stats?

I have done a soft reset and I'm trying to avoid a hard reset if possible. I'd just like to know what's eating my battery since I seem to get pretty random battery life these days.

I used to have this problem with my lumia 1020 but in build 10572. It got sorted when I moved to 10581 and 10586
