Not Seeing Updates on Insider (New Enrollment)

I am an insider, but windows insider app is showing "no builds" , I am currently on win8.1 and want to upgrade to w10 mobile. L1320. Help???

The insider app just sets your phone into a mode to receive builds. If you choose fast ring then accept the acknowledgement your phone will probably reboot. After that, use normal phone update menu option to check for new builds.

you are right, but i have recently downgraded to win8.1 and now trying to upgrade to win10 mobile but seeing no builds in insider app

First your phone had to update to Denim

You don't see anything in the insider app, I don't understand what you mean.

after rolling back first update everything
THAN install insider, click next>accept>fast or slow and ok the device will configure and or restart.
after this than go to "phone update" check for updates and you'll get it.

Also, at least on WM10, the update does not appear in the Insider. Instead, it's in "update" under settings. Check for updates there (after you've run Insider).
