How do I update to W10M while being on Insider program ?

I'm currently on Windows Insider Program running OS Build 10.0.10586.36 On Lumia 730.

Whenever W10M releases, how do I get the update without rolling back to 8.1 via Windows Phone Recovery tool while being on the Insider program?

The updates will be present in phone update screen (settings>update & security>phone update). If nothing is showing, tap the check for updates button and it should populate with any updates available.

Of course, this assumes that there is a update available and whether you are on the slow or fast ring portion of the program. The fast ring will allow access to all builds released by Microsoft and the slow ring only allows you to download the most stable builds.

Basically an OS update will be first on the Insider but if there is a firmware update you must leave the insider (without rolling back) grap the firmware update and rejoin the insider again.
