Lumia 520.
Slow insider windows 10.
Updated from .29 to .36 about 2 weeks ago.
In .29 one of the major problem was battery discharges automatically. After hard reset all things going back to normal.
Now after update to .36 it seems all are normal. But after a week again battery discharges automatically.
I haven't tried hard reset for now.
What to do?

I guess you mean rapidly battery drain? It's windows 10. Not 8.1. Your phone has more to struggle with so it's normal the battery drains faster

Use search forum, I resolved on my 520 as follows:

1 - log out Skype Video (very important!)
2 - disable all background apps you don't really needs everytime. Left always obviously Phone, Messages, Whatsapp, Updates, OnDrive...
3 - unckeck Messages and Edge sync in their settings
4 - Check if Photos app shows OneDrive pics too! Uncheck that
5 - Disable OnDrive video upload

My 520 on normal use lasts 8 / 10 hrs, a little less than 8.1 (consider battery has almost 2 years of life). Making calls drains very faster obviously

No. Battery drains automatically even I'm not using it.
And back of the phone is hotter than before.
And if i use the phone too much, it becomes that too hot that i could nearly burn my finger.

AAAAhhhhhh, it 's still updating all core / 3rd party apps and syncin account and messages data. Are you connected in wi.fi or carrier data??
Carrier overhead and drains a lot more than wifi!

My 520 heads a little only when using a lot Edge and Whatsapp

I use only cellular data. { not using all the time }
Dont have any wifi connection.

There's one thing i haven't told u. --- i have a pending phone update of .71..
Because of no WiFi connection near me I'm still on pending...
Is this a major reason for my problem????

That's Windows insider configuration update I guess. If you use only carrier, there's no solution for draining and overheatin. That's not windows iussue, that's normal cpu + 3g module working at maximum power for downloadin data
