New Machine added to Window Insiders but No builds?

I purchased a new solid state drive for my home computer, installed windows 10 enterprise and added it to the fast ring for to get redstone.
it will not download a build? so I thought, maybe redstone is not available for enterprise. so installed windows 10 pro fresh install added to the fast ring and still no preview builds ?
I have been on the preview program since the start . why am I not getting builds ?
