Task scheduler issue on build 14295, help me reproduce?

Task scheduler is causing me issues since the first of April, the only thing I can put it down to is the new build. I'd like someone to reproduce the issue for me before I roll back, just to confirm.
My build is 14295.rs1_release.160318-1628

The issue: Task scheduler won't work for repeating tasks

To reproduce:
- Open task scheduler
- Create task, name it test
- In the actions tab, hit new. In Program/script enter explorer.exe (Should just open file explorer). Hit OK
- In the triggers tab, hit new. Set to daily, hit OK (time doesn't matter)
- Press OK and create the task
- Test it works by selecting it and pressing Run on the right hand side panel (file explorer should open)
- Close file explorer
- Go back to task scheduler, select the test task, and click Properties in the right hand side panel
- In the triggers tab, select the daily trigger and hit Edit...
- In the Advanced settings section at the bottom, tick "Repeat task every" (default timings 1 hour 1 day are fine)
- Hit OK, then OK again to finish editing the task
- Try to Run it again

As soon as I add the repeating trigger to any of my tasks Run pops up the following error:
"Task Scheduler service is not available. Task Scheduler will attempt to reconnect to it."
