Still on 103. Today Windows Hello has repeatedly asked for my PIN, even though I am 99% sure my phone didn't reboot. Has anyone else seen this?

What is the reason? Did it say it was asking for a PIN because of a restart, or because of too many incorrect failed attempts?

Good question, I should have checked. I recall it just said something like "Windows Hello requires that you enter your PIN", I don't think it said anything about a reboot. That said, half an hour ago my 950XL decided to spontaneously reboot, so who knows. I'll take a screenshot next time this happens.

Edit: I have a theory. I was in a very long WhatsApp chat on my PC, and every time a message came in, the phone would light up with the lock screen showing. So I guess that caused Hello to think these were failed login attempts.

A soft reset (Volume down+power) fixed it. Received all the notifications from last 4-5 days

The issue comes back later on in the day. I get it too.

Nope you're right, the actual volume down and power is huge difference from power button slide down shutdown.

Thanks for that.

And just when I post that, I lose mail notifications lol... sigh.

The notification bug was getting too much. Had to soft reset the phone multiple times a day.

Rolling back to production would have meant using WDRT then updating and would have spent hours setting everything up, so I upgraded to RS2 fast ring instead. The bug is gone in RS2

battery drain seems high for, though to be fair, it's been less than a day since I just updated from 8.1

I've been running 103 on a 950XL for a few days, seems ok for the most part. The battery does drain fairly quickly but that's been the case with all versions since I bought it. GPS kills it really quick though. Bluetooth on/off toggle is still a bit slow. I've had one random reboot, can't remember what I was doing when it happened. Notifications are still flaky. A lot of times I hear the phone vibrate but no audible notification. Edge works pretty well, much better than in the past.

Did my 950XL fresh on this, loaded 01078.00053.16236.35014 ffu first, then the anniversary update OTA, and enrolled into the slow ring ... so far, good. No issues compared to the 640 I had with the fast ring.

Just ran into an old bug: asked cortana "Shuffle my music". Cortana says "Playing your music" and Groove opens with spinning progress dots. That never ends, and music never starts playing. Haven't seen many reports of his, wonder if it's related to having music both on SD card and on the phone. Lumia 950XL DS on 103
