Location for Cortana not enabling

Hi All,
I am using Lumia 640xl with latest build of 14977.. After downloading that OS build... The location setting for Cortana is not getting enabled...its showing grey color and couldn't enable it...have resetted mobile twice.... Still same problem...pl do let me know how to enable it. TQ

This happened to me a while ago. It's so funny to see that it's so widespread- I mean, it's not funny at all, major problem. To be honest, I forgot how I fixed it but I think I just turned it on and off.
